• Develop and implement data models and database schemas tailored to business requirements.
• Optimize database performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Lead the design and implementation of disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions with applications.
• Monitor database health and performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team.

• 8+ year of experience in NoSQL (Preferably Cassandra) and RDBMS (PostgreSQL)

• Experience in high transactional system
• Strong track record of evaluating database performance, isolating performance bottlenecks and implementing fixes.
• Database Architecture concepts with hands-on experience regarding high availability, load balancing, and distributed computing required.
